Purpose of This Guide
This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is designed to assist you in deciding whether to use the financial services provided by Crystal Ball Asset Management Pty Ltd ("CBAM," "we," or "us"). It provides information about:
Who we are and how to contact us;
The financial services we offer and the financial products to which those services relate;
How we and any other relevant parties are remunerated for the services we provide;
Our internal and external complaints handling procedures; and
How we manage your personal information.
This document should be read in conjunction with any other disclosure documents we may provide to help you make an informed decision about our services and products.
About Us
CBAM is a fully licensed Australian Financial Services Licensee (AFSL No. 558610). We are authorised to provide financial services to both retail and wholesale clients. Our mission is to deliver bespoke investment management solutions and professional services to our valued clients.
Services We Provide
We hold Australian Financial Services Licence(AFSL) that authorise us to provide certain products and services. The financial services we are authorised to provide are listed in the table below.
Remuneration and Fees
CBAM receives remuneration for the financial products and services we provide. This may include:
Management Fees and Costs: These are calculated as a percentage of your investment in a financial product managed by CBAM.
Performance Fees: Where applicable, performance fees may be charged based on the financial product’s performance exceeding a specified benchmark.
Expense Recovery: Any expenses incurred on behalf of the financial product or service will be recovered as detailed in the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) or Information Memorandum(IM).
We do not charge additional fees for providing general financial product advice.
